Providing estates management expertise you will ensure a safe and productive environment. You will be an effective communicator, able to deal with tenants, operators and residents across this mixed estate. You will be tasked with drafting and developing a 'Tenants Handbook' to establish SLA's and estates rules and regulations, as well as ensuring that all parties comply with their obligations. Additionally you will carry out safety audits and make recommendations, changes and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements. This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a chartered estates professional.
