Our client, a division of a major plc employing over 300 staff, has recently secured a 10-year contract to provide building refurbishment services for a major local organisation. Prospects for the business are excellent and in anticipation of substantial future growth they are looking for an estimator/maintenance surveyor to join their central commercial team.
An excellent opportunity for an ambitious, qualified professional seeking to broaden their experience - you will be involved in refurbishment works with tender values typically up to £100K, and will play a key role in the supervision and financial management contractors throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be involved in the full range of activities undertaken by the central commercial team.
