Our client is one of the UK's leading IT Training providers with 3 prestigious training centres and a fleet of mobile classrooms. They provide a comprehensive range of integrated classroom and web based learning services to enable both IT professionals and end users to improve their productivity and effectiveness. Due to a number of new projects that have been won, the company is now looking to recruit an HR Administrator to work in their London office.
The successful candidate will provide operational and administrative support in all areas of HR, alongside providing support for the Executive Management Team.
You should be outgoing with strong communication and organisation skills, possessing the ability to diversify into numerous administrative roles. It is essential that you are able to maintain high levels of confidentiality at all times. The ideal candidate will be a graduate and will have a good standard of literacy and numeracy. At least six months' previous administrative experience in a busy HR department is advantageous. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wishes to begin their career in HR.
