To programme manage nominated UK MoD and overseas orders within Customer Support Army domain and to assist the Sales Order Administration Dept. with the preparation of Quotations to Export Customers.
Dimensions:
No direct staff responsibilities, reports to the Business Manager Army and must develop close working relationships with the Programme Manager (Overseas), Business Development Manager and the Sales Order Administration Dept.
To programme manage nominated, UK MoD and overseas Army domain orders.To assist the Sales Administration Dept. with issues on non-programmed managed overseas orders. To assist in the management of warranty support to overseas Customers, where necessary. To assist in the preparation of quotations and bids for overseas order prospects and to assist the Sales Order Administration Dept. with bid activity.To work closely with Engineering Services to maintain close communications with the overseas staff working on Customer Support Programmes.
