The role is to effectively manage specific customer support contracts including warranty and special commercial consideration claims. This will include direct customer negotiation, internal liaison, data capture and analysis, invoicing, the production and the reporting of Key Performance Indicators.
The role holder will be expected to manage multi-customer accounts, through liaison with customer financial managers, and be proficient in operating and extracting reports from the SAP system.
Typical contractual negotiations regarding reconciliation’s and escalations would have a value up to £100,000.
Key Accountabilities
Negotiating, drafting and implementing amendments to commercial agreements in respect of existing contracts, which does not effect the material terms and conditions of the main agreement. Typical values will be up to £100,000, or as determined by the Head of Commercial, between Regional Aircraft and its customers.
To monitor, administer and report on specified RA contracts ensuring that all contractual obligations are met by all parties. The reports are used to advise external customers of the ongoing status of their contract and also for internal contract reviews.
Assisting in the project management of a new customer service delivery by achieving tasks and goals as defined by the Head of Commercial.
To produce regular invoices for commercial/contract tasks and hold accountability for accuracy of billing and invoicing of customer contracts.
Compile customer status reports to allow accurate forecasting of financial reserves or accruals against customer accounts.
Ensure that the required audit trails are kept within the commercial environment and that customer communication is kept on record for future audit purposes.
Liaison with finance on customer debt issues.
Production of all necessary reports and Key Performance Indicators as required.
Administer all Special Commercial Considerations/Warranty claims following Regional Aircraft Governance Procedures.
Ideal candidates for this role will have Commercial experience coupled with PC literacy, good communication skills and demonstrated interpersonal skills.
