Due to our clients continued growth they have vacancies for an experienced, enthusiastic and customer focused Contracts Manager to join there Property Services Business Unit. Initially based within the Gloucestershire area you will be part of a team delivering minor new works, refurbishments and repairs with a typical value up to £250K. The successful applicant will have a track record of delivering a quality service within a small works environment.
You will be Responsible for the service delivery and profitability of contracts including resourcing, administration and planning. You will report to the Operations Manager and Business Unit Director. You would need to manage effectively the following people, Construction Managers, Site Supervisory Staff, Management Trainees, Surveyors, Buyers, Estimators, Plant Manager, Safety and Environmental Advisor. You will ensure contracts meet contract deliverables
