REAL TIME EMBEDDED SOFTWARE ENGINEER WITH CODEC EXPERIENCE SORT
Our client seeks a Principal Software Engineer to work as part of an extremely strong technical team developing software for a low power multimedia processor. You will work on developing the portfolio of software including system integration software, video and audio codecs, streaming protocols, image processing algorithms and a wide range of multi-media applications. Applicants should have a background in developing embedded software and be experienced C programmers with a 1st or 2.1 degree, probably in Electronic Engineering, Computing or related discipline. Experienced embedded C programmer, preferably 2 years recent experience. You have a passion for technology, perhaps a hobby interest. Involves detailed design, coding and testing of software and software modules, contributing to top-level discussions on future developments, technical curiosity/developing your own ideas.
