Our client requires a Project Leader to ensure that assigned products satisfy the agreed technical and safety requirements, whilst still meeting time and cost constraints. You will provide prime technical interface with the customer and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, ensuring assigned new products can be manufactured for the target costs. You must have a 1st or 2:1 Degree in an engineering discipline with 3 years experience of successful technical project leadership or project management in an aerospace engineering environment. Also 5 years experience of aerospace industry including electronic products. You also have strong all round engineering competence, clear ability to lead a team of diverse engineers, strong people management skills. Ability to manage customers, partners and sub contractors and a high level of drive and ability to motivate and influence others, problem solving, challenging, conflict resolution.
