Responsible for the maintenance of building and infrastructure and for the execution of new minor works on a defence site.
The role: Evaluate and estimate work requests. Prepare and raise orders to accomplish contracted work. Supervise contractors carrying out day to day maintenance and oversee diagnostic and repair work. Ensure records and documentation are maintained correctly and available for inspection. Ensure safety regulations are enforced. Establish, develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers.
You need: HNC or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical discipline
