Outline Job Profile
Terminal Support Engineer based in Wiltshire providing support to all terminals within the Terminal Services area.
Overtime not payable.
Must be prepared to be part of a non-call rota providing customer support.
QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR SKILLS
Essential:
Knowledge of basic satcom fault finding techniques to LRU level.
Must be flexible and willing to work long hours on occasion.
Must be willing to travel and spend some time away from home.
Basic IT knowledge and literacy.
Desirable:
ONC or equivalent military qualification and experience.
Previous Experience
Essential:
Knowledge of SATCOM, ideally from a UK military perspective.
Desirable:
Fault finding to LRU Level. Data-comms background.
