Overview of Department:
Facilities are responsible for ensuring that all services are supplied to Genba (Departments) areas to support car production activities.
Key Role and Responsibilities:
To support shift C1/2 Co-ordinator to ensure that all business plan objectives and customer focus activities are met.
Job Requirements:
Qualification (s)
City and Guilds / BTec equivalent
Indentured apprenticeship
Experience:
Minimum 3-5years experience
Additional Requirements:
Essential:
Strong communication skills at all levels both written and verbal
Demonstrable experience of problem solving and countermeasures implementation, where appropriate.
Flexible approach to job responsibilities
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
An efficient and logical approach
Demonstrable supervisory experience in both small and large teams
Desirable:
An understanding of Quality System (ISO9002)
Good presentation skills
You would be working 3 shift Monday Friday:
(Lates: Monday to Thursday 14:00pm to 22:10pm, Friday
14:00pm to 19:30pm
Earlies: Monday to Thursday 06:00am to 14:10pm, Friday
06:00am to 12:20pm
Nights: Sunday 23:20pm to 06:10am, Monday to Thursday
22:00pm to 06:10am), with addition overtime at weekends as
required.
