Required by this leader in the Defence industry to provide mechanical engineering expertise.
Key Tasks: Providing mechanical engineering and design expertise for programmes and bids. You will be competant and experienced with stress calculations. Competant and experienced with thermal calculations. Familiar with defence engineering specifications. Familiar with the use of 3D CAD for design. Familiar with FEA and CFD analysis tools. Experience of microwave packaging would be advantageous. Experience with Pro-Engineer.
You will have a BSc or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, preferable C. Eng and must be willing to undertake visits to other Aerospace sites.
