A leading defence company in Hook, Hampshire requires a Programme Manager for a military operational command support project. You will manage all aspect of the project within the project scope to deliver programme successfully. You will be responsible for programme management, risk management, value management and management of change in the project. You will be accountable for programme progress to schedule, cost, quality and client satisfaction, delivery of programme outputs, appropriate project set-up and execution and accurate of programme reporting.
You should have a proven track record in successfully leading, managing and implementing all aspects of a large step change programmes, experienced in interfacing with Senior Management, Stakeholders and Sponsors, PMI / Prince 2 qualified project management experience in the defence sector.
Confidence and ability to work independently, with personal drive, motivation, Strong relationship, communication skills, interpersonal skills, customer facing experience, Sound judgement with the ability to make and execute difficult decisions are essential.
