Assist in the day to day management of spend information as requested by DMP Business Manager.
Monitor up-to-date financial forecasts /commitments and accruals for EP, GD and the DMP cost centre.
Ensure the quality of records held within management and financial systems and databases.
Input warrants and PRs on to ABC and interrogation of data
A Level Maths
Preferably a degree in a maths based subject
Understanding of Environment, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards.
Some financial/ business work experience is preferred but not essential.
Cost Engineering / Financial Management
Microsoft Office Suite
Some financial/ business work experience is preferred but not essential.
PC literate with good use of Microsoft Office suite
Good written and verbal skills
Ability to organise and prioritise
Good Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Good communication skills at all levels with clarity and focus
Exhibits drive and enthusiasm
