Guarantee that the Equipment supply quality process is fully applied for all the purchased Equipment under APQ3 responsibility and in particular verify that all non nominal issues (NCR, RFD, RFW) have been fully analyzed and properly closed with the projects.
Verify that the level of verification, monitoring, control and survey is well adapted for each supplier and equipment.
Manage the team: consolidate workload, deploy resource to satisfy the projects needs, organize the development and training in order to improve performance, expertise, motivation and team working, manage key skills availability, regularly inform and get feed back from the team
