Overall Purpose/Objectives of Role:
To manage, motivate and develop team members on all company sites to comply with Company and Departmental procedures and succeed in achieving the Departmental objectives of:
To define and establish innovative and 'best practice' manufacturing processes which maximise productivity at minimised operating costs.
To continuously review techniques and measure performance to ensure current and new product designs and processes, embrace the most beneficial manufacturing techniques and contribute to Company growth and development
