Role Purpose
Project Managers provide a single point of accountability for specific projects and are responsible for managing all resources to ensure customer satisfaction (quality, cost, delivery) and optimise financial returns for Goodrich Power Systems.
Principal accountabilities
Total accountability for all aspects of the project under his/her control and delivering the business cases.
This includes;
• Projects Technical Performance
• Planning and Control
• Team Management
• Contract Management
• Safety and Reliability
• Procedural Adherence
• Internal rate of return
• Product Cost
• Project Cost
• Production Readiness
• In-Service Readiness
• Customer Satisfaction
Personal Characteristics
• A Passion to deliver with a sustained pace and a “beat the milestone” mentality, committed to deliver at all costs.
• Degree Qualified or equivalent with relevant experience
• Possess excellent leadership, influencing and communication skills
• Emotionally resilient and able to drive projects effectively for excellence against demanding targets in a complex, multi-disciplined environment
• Committed to the effective personal development of all team members
• Comfortable operating in the midst of sophisticated technical activity, whilst retaining sharp focus on business outcomes.
