Graduate Trainees - My client is a fast moving, developing company and has a policy of recruiting a number of graduate trainees every year. They look for outstanding individuals (typically holding A grades at A-level) with a strong interest in computers and software, energy and enthusiasm, good communicative skills and a 'can-do' attitude. Preferred degree (at least 2:1) subjects are Electronic Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related disciplines. The company has its reputation for being fast because its engineers work quickly, develop fast solutions and always meet deadlines. On joining, you will enjoy learning how to develop products rapidly and see them quickly being used by customers. You must have strong technical skills, be a fast learner, have a good technical knowledge of computer and programmable systems and pays attention to detail. Specific experience of telephony application and products. Or of the communications industry in general as well as an existing knowledge and experience of programming languages as advantage.
