To be reporting to the National MoD Manager, to learn alongside experienced MOD Resourcer / MOD Recruitment Consultants, and to provide a quality service to all candidates and colleagues, ensuring compliance with the procedures laid down in the Operations Manual and in accordance with Company and REC Codes of Practice.
To assist with full Job Management for two busy MoD Consultants, this will include posting of vacancies on various websites, conducting searches and identifying possible candidates. Effective management of all current applicants, to ensure relationships are maintained to the highest level ensuring AndersElite remain the employer of choice.
Includes E.g. tasks;
Effective interviewing of all relevant applicants
Inputting and maintaining all relevant applicant information on in-house system.
Ensure the processes included in the Operations Manual are followed for each applicant e.g. gain references and check qualifications where appropriate
This role will suit someone looking to progress into a Recruitment Consultant for a period of resourcing and training.
