<b>Job Summary</b> <br><p>Atkins Nuclear are seeking applications from Chartered Engineers with a strong background in service delivery and technical project management to assist project teams in delivering sufficient resource for large/complex engineering projects. Candidates should have the ability to work efficiently with Atkins project teams, client representatives and third party suppliers.</p><br><br><b>Requirements</b> <br><i><strong>Essential</strong></i><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Engineering background - preferably Chartered status<li>Previous experience of working in a consultancy environment<li>Previous experience in a senior service delivery or resource management position<li>Experienced client relationship manager<li>Demonstrable project life-cycle experience or proven track record in<li>Matrix management experience<li>Account management experience<li>The ability to build relationships in a competitive environment and to identify and implement new business opportunities<li>The ability to work efficiently with Atkins project teams, client representatives and third party suppliers<li>Experience of managing recruitment agencies and contractors<li>Minimum SC level UK security clearance (either currently held or candidates will need to be in a position to attain this) </li></ul><i></i></p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>Prince2 / APM qualified<li>Previous public sector experience</li></ul></p></p><br><br><b>Training</b> <br></p>Atkins develops individuals through a portfolio of training and development courses designed to help you make the best of your abilities and talents.
