Various requirements exist for ILS or ARM or LSAR engineers. Working for a large Defence Military Communications Systems house. Based in Berkshire. You will need to have the following background – Degree or equivalent qualification with aprox 3-5 years experience in ILS engineering – 1-2 years of which should be in the management of ILS engineering disciplines. A practical understanding of DEF-STAN 00-60. Responsibilities include – Outlining existing support strategies for legacy systems. Ensuring total system support service resources are identified, planned, developed, tested, evaluated, procured and deployed as an integral part of, and concurrent within the development of the project.
