CRM Analyst required for this truly global blue chip organisation. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and supporting the CRM Siebel solution for the UK and European businesses. Your key duties will be working with businesses to analyse their existing processes and determine how the Siebel solution can support and improve them, develop and configure the Siebel solution, support the implementation of Siebel solution and provide ongoing system and user support. You will have experience in a similar role and have a good level of education.
