<strong>ILS Engineer</strong>
We currently require an ILS Engineer to work as part of the ILS ARM Team which will be working on the supportability of proposed for Commercial off the shelf equipments (COTS)
You will be tasked with integrating existing support to be introduced in a seamless fashion.
You will be required to ensure total system support service resources are identified, planned, developed, tested, evaluated, procured and deployed as an integral part of, and concurrent with the development of Project. Reviewing all software maintenance considerations with engineering team and MSP; reviewing the elements of the LSA strategy that may be applicable in the early stage of the programme with the LSA analyst.
We ideally require a degree or equivalent qualification and <strong>5 years ILS engineering</strong>
of which 2 may have been managing ILS disciplines. They should have a practical knowledge of Def-Stan 00-60 and knowledge of Computer Assisted Logistic Systems (CALS) and practical implementation of ILS disciplines.
A methodical approach is required and the ability to communicate effectively and have the ability to foresee potential problem areas and thrive in resolving these.
