<b>Job Summary</b> <br><p><strong>Systems Engineer/Requirements Management</strong> - Providing systems engineering support to Project Managers across the complete system life cycle on large complex engineering projects</p>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>To conduct the delivery, elicitation, production and management of requirements in accordance with stakeholder requirements <li>To contribute to the development and implementation of strategies, processes and procedures to enhance and improve the requirements management systems in accordance with client policies <li>To provide education, advice and support in the production of all levels of requirements engineering documentation <li>To contribute to the development and administration of the DOORS requirements management tool</li></ul><p></p><br><br><b>Requirements</b> <br><i>Essential</i> </p><ul><li>Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline <li>Two years in management of requirements for large projects using DOORS tool <li>Eliciting, capturing and correctly specifying stakeholder requirements for large/complex engineering projects <li>Minimum SC level UK security clearance (either currently held or candidates will need to be in a position to attain this) </li></ul><i></i></p><i>Desirable</i><i> </i></p><ul><li>Five years in Systems / Requirements Engineering<li>Previous domain experience of either the UK nuclear, defence, aviation or aerospace industries</li></ul><i>Personal Skills</i></p><i></i></p><ul><li>Previous experience within a consultancy environment<li>Good interpersonal, diplomatic, negotiation and influencing skills</li></ul><br><br><b>Training</b> <br></p>Atkins develops individuals through a portfolio of training and development courses designed to help you make the best of your abilities and talents.
