Ref No: 598 Vacancy: Production Manager
Location: Walthamstow, North London
Manage the following staff:
• Two Production shifts of approximately 30 staff.
• Two cutting and packing shifts of approximately 20 staff.
• Manage Goods in/Goods out departments.
• Ensure daily production targets are met on time.
• Monitor day to day health and safety within the factory.
• Daily liaison with sales/logistics staff to ensure customer orders are met on time and to the correct standard.
• Monitor and record daily Staff attendance and overtime.
• Recruitment of production staff, also disciplinary procedures and dismissals (one man HR dept).
• Deputise for the Factory Manager.
Salary: £24-27k dep on exp
