We are seeking a Systems Engineer within Civil Avionics to be based in London. Our client provides complete system solutions for all types of fixed or rotary wing aircraft in the civil and military sectors. They deliver cutting edge solutions to meet the operational requirements in the fields of combat, surveillance and air transport in addition to regional and business aviation. Includes cockpit avionics, airborne radars, electronic warfare, mission systems, UAV systems and in-flight entertainment.
A Systems Engineer required with a strong civil avionics background to join the System Engineering department. The successful applicant will be working in both rotary wing and fixed wing environments, specifying and designing civil avionics (communications and navigation) subsystems and integrating these subsystems into a variety of civil and potentially military airborne platforms.
