Title: Experienced Parts Person
Location: South East London
Salary: £16k - £21k per annum dependent on experience plus Dealer incentive scheme.
INTRODUCTION
Our client requires a person who is experienced and familiar with DAF, LDV and Izuzu vehicle parts. The successful applicant will report to our client’s Parts Supervisor and deal directly with customers.
THE ROLE/ KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To advise and effectively resolve customer queries
• Responsible for taking and accurately processing customer orders
• Serving in-house fitters over the back counter
• Plus any other duties the Parts Supervisor may from time to time require

• Enthusiastic about role and desire to progress a career in Parts
SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE
• Good customer handling and telephone handling skills
• 1 year previous Parts experience
• Good knowledge of vehicle parts
• Competent user of database systems (previous experience of Kerridge an advantage).
