Experienced Help Desk Operator required. To liaise between the client and the field engineers, handling maintenance calls, emergency calls and client enquiries. Must have good telephone manner, ability to delegate, work on own initiative, mutli-task and good time management skills.
Necessary Requirements:
Customer relations background
Good interpersonal skills
Experience in taking and delivering accurate phone messages promptly.
Organisational skills
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office based packages: Word, Excel, Outlook minimum
Ability to key at 50wpm (Alpha / Numeric)
Process Driven
Zero tolerance to inaccuracy.
