Following further growth within my clients Business Services section they are seeking a Commercial Manager to work within the Business Development Team on future bidding activities across the UK. The post will report into the Business Development Director.
You will be responsible for the pricing and commercial aspects of bid solutions; liaison with operational and support teams; developing and identifying the cost of delivering the contract and developing and identifying salary/wage costs for pricing purposes.
You will have a background in bidding public sector FM contracts (Health, Defence and Local Government), and must have a good capability in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and e-mail, with experience of both hard and soft FM services.
