Our client is seeking a Purchasing Manager to secure the supply of allocated requirements in the most efficient, timely and cost effective manner. You will manage procurement of high risk/high value requirements, interface between Project/Programme and Procurement Function and support the decision making process of the Procurement Team in achieving overall business objectives. You are educated to graduate level or equivalent and have a strong track record in procurement with a good understanding of business finance, contracts, material and technologies employed in electronic systems manufacture. You are a trained and skilled negotiator with membership of an appropriate professional body (e.g. CIPS).
