Experienced Systems / Electronics Engineer with strong engineering background in communication systems and 3 years Communication Systems engineering experience. Strong hardware (DSP and or / RF) / Software design background; Experience of working in military environment, ideally MOD programmes; Electronics / Physics graduate (min 2.1); Successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment; Self motivated, able to work as part of a team or individually; Innovative/flexible with ability to lead people and projects and communicate effectively with customers / senior management; Identify, appreciate and mitigate risk areas. ROLE: Perform communication systems studies, performance analysis; Write specifications; Project leadership / system design through to manufacture; Support to Marketing / future proposals; May involve overseas travel.
