Drugs worker required with good experience dealing with substance misuse clients. Good knowledge of key working essential. Knowledge of assessments and of care planning a strong benefit as well as knowledge of prescribed substitutes. Some harm reduction knowledge would be needed. A supportive and friendly team is looking for key workers to carry a case load of 10-15 substance misuse clients. They would be doing initial assessments and developing care plans on an appointment basis. The job would involve giving harm reduction advice and monitoring of prescribed substitution.
