Prominent medical organisation requires an Information Governance Manager to coordinate, publicise & monitor the standards of information handling throughout the organisation. Information Governance will include information security (BS7799) & experience with data protection & Caldicott principals is essential in order to advise on all IG issues, develop Information Governance policy & strategy & ensure compliance with law & guidance. You will liaise with NHS IG counterparts & participate in industry IG information sessions in order to deliver Information Governance training & awareness. You will have an NHS or related background & an understanding the importance of Information Governance to the National Programme for IT.
