A rapidly expanding London based charity is looking for a drug and alcohol practitioner to take on an existing case load of substance misuse clients. The role will involve initial and follow up assessments on people with drug and alcohol issues as well as designing care plans. The successful candidate will also be expected to facilitate groups on such topics as harm reduction.
