Salary banding: £21,000 - £27,000
Our client, a Healthcare organisation specialising in Residential Homes for individuals with Learning / Physical Disabilities is currently seeking two experienced Manager's with the relevant client group experience, to manage a home each based in Poole.
JOB SUMMARY
? To be responsible for all aspects of running the Home.
? To ensure that the Home is run in an effective, safe and profitable manner, whilst ensuring that staff provide the highest standards of care to the service users.
? To ensure that the needs of the service users are met in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independent living.
? To adhere to the standards set out by the Registered Homes Act 1984, the Care Act 2000, and the Commission for Social Care Inspection (formerly the National Care Standards Commission), and other statutory regulations (i.e. Health and Safety), and to provide the appropriate records.
