Secure services for both men and women based in Lancashire, currently seeking an experienced manager with relevant secure services experience to take on the exciting role of Deputy Director of Nursing.
To assist the Clinical Nurse Director in the day to day management of clinical/professional issues, specifically managing and developing the relationship with Business Development and Commissioners to ensure efficient and effective patient admission practices. To operationally manage within agreed standards, budgets, targets, timetables and constraints in accordance with any operational and strategic objectives.
