The successful candidate, working with the NHS will provide clinical management responsibility, in addition to providing effective and safe services which support the key elements of clinical governance. The post holder will also ensure that improvements in planning, implementation and evaluation of care are based on user involvement and feedback from consumer networks and individuals and partner agencies in the criminal justice field. The promotion of a model of recovery and social inclusion and the development of staff training and education are also part of the successful candidate’s duties.
