"Co-ordinate development, implementation, and maintenance of the Project Management System based on Company Business Management System and project requirements
"Ensure that the detailed procedures implement the Project Quality Management Systems; reviewing and evaluating these systems and procedures for adequacy and effectiveness
"Assist in the development of project quality plans
