Our client is a leading financial instatution.
Your position will be to direct & develop customer segmentation, targeting & modelling, & the provision of customer contact files to drive continuous improvement in customer understanding, response rates, and ROI
· Manage key stakeholders for the delivery of new initiatives, improvements & changes
to customer contact and customer journey activity.
· Manage & lead the customer modelling function to develop modelling, segmentation,
targeting & analysis to support the groups objectives
· Manage the strategic direction, prioritisation & opportunities for the customer journey
programme, through liaison across Retail, Product & Marketing & through self generated
analysis & understanding.
Skills & Experience
·3yrs + experience in campaign / statistical / analytical role with clear evidence of
delivery.
·Building statistical models to support business.
·Highly IT literate
·Process/project management skills
·Strong focus on delivery and process improvement including review of statistical /
targeting tools and techniques
·Scenario planning
·People & performance management
·Customer and sales data & statistical analysis
·Knowledge of financial services a benefit
·Hands-on use of the data and systems
·Able to make decisions from the Retail & Group perspective
