We require a Marketing Manager to develop and implement geographically focused marketing plans to generate quality leads for the business to act upon and also to act as a service function to all regions and channels by ensuring all necessary materials and logistics are in place to support various actions/campaigns etc. You will be working closely with field sales and centre teams to understand occupancy challenges and enquiry and conversion objectives across the UK as well as working with E-marketing Managers, Product Marketing Managers and Channel Marketing Managers to incorporate e-tools, agent comms and geographic product focuses where appropriate
Work with the field on ad hoc marketing request such as local events, local DM and e-shots.
The right candidate will have proven ability in business to business promotional marketing communications across all media and strong project and budget management skills. Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills are essential traits for this role. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages would be an advantage.
This is an ideal position for an experienced marketing professional to work in an exciting and challenging multi site product.
