Graduate Marketing, Campaign & Client Executives
Wantage, Oxfordshire
c £20,000 plus 25 days paid holiday
Our client is one of the UK's top 20 Business-to-Business marketing agencies, and is the 4th fastest growing. They are looking to recruit Graduate Marketing, Campaign & Client Executives.
The Roles
These positions offer a fantastic opportunity to kick start a career in Marketing.
Two roles exist within the Client Services Team which works closely on dedicated accounts with our marketing contacts, to deliver unique and innovative campaigns. The work varies from the rebranding of large multi-billion Euro organisations to regular industry-focused campaigning delivering leads and account intelligence. Building strong working relationships with clients is all about developing trust by delivering consistently clever and well run marketing campaigns, the benefits of which is the confidence that the clients have in your ability to support them.
The third role is within the Marketing Innovation Team which consults with clients and internal account teams to plan integrated campaigns. These campaigns are designed to play off the abilities within The Marketing Practice's other teams: design, events, teleservice and market research. The individuals then work on particular aspects of these projects, for example copywriting or creative concepts and give advice on others, for example key messages for a design piece or topics for events.
There is plenty of hard work and fast learning involved in these positions, and the ability to take individual responsibility is absolutely key. At the same time, there is a great deal of support available from more experienced team members and from across the Company. Which means that, as a new recruit, you will advance rapidly in terms of your marketing knowledge, skills and fresh opportunities within the Company.
