Our client is the leading vendor of IT Management and Governance software solutions. More than 400,000 users at industry leaders such as Barclays Bank, BT, Emerson, HSBC, Philips, Standard Chartered Bank and Unilever depend on them to manage mission critical projects, programs and initiatives.
The company are currently searching for an experienced all round Marketing Specialist for their EMEA operations. Key responsibilities will include:
* Event Management: including co-ordination and execution of European events and support for user group meetings where required.
* Direct Marketing: providing support for execution of European Direct Marketing Programmes.
* Partner Marketing: communicating European marketing campaigns and maintaining and updating Partner extranet and Partner Web pages and communicate and train.
* Reference Marketing: execute all reference logistics including co-ordinating the writing of user stories and user press releases from customer interview to final print.
* European Web Site: plan and oversee European Web sites with the goal to increase volume and quality of Web enquiries.
* Campaign Support: coordinating all prospect information and providing weekly reporting on campaign results and metrics including lead analysis.
* Management of European Collateral: in collaboration with corporate marketing ensuring the localisation, translation, printing/production and distribution.
* Pan European Webinars: Co-ordinate the implementation programme in collaboration with Corporate Marketing team.
* Press clippings: analysis, distribution and display of European press clippings.
* Budgeting: including monitoring, reporting, purchase order and invoice co-ordination.
You will also be responsible for other ad-hoc marketing projects as required. In order to complete these duties successfully, our client requests that candidates fit the following profile:
* Strong event marketing and programme execution experience;
* Good knowledge of direct marketing and strong commercial awareness;
* Strong understanding of enterprise software market (ERP, CRM, PSA) software functional, technical and marketing knowledge;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Understanding of European work and marketing practices;
* High energy drive and self motivated;
* Recognised Marketing qualification;
* Second language would be an advantage;
