*** RETENTION MANAGER – POST PAY ***
Our Client is a leading international mobile telecommunications provider. Due to an exciting new project, they are now urgently looking for a Post Pay Retention Manger.
Your role will be to develop retention strategies and plans, manage retention activity, and the incorporation of CRM and retention into existing and new Post Pay propositions.
Applicants should be of graduate calibre, with a minimum of 5-7 years experience in a Commercial Role or minimum 3 years experience in a relevant marketing role developing and managing customer facing strategies & programmes in a service based organisation. You should also have previous CRM/retention experience. Experience within telecoms would be a great advantage.
This role attracts a salary of between £35,000 0 £45,000, plus an excellent benefits package.
