***E-SERVICE MANAGER***
Our Client is a leading international mobile telecommunications provider. Due to a challenging new project, they are now urgently looking for an E-Service Manager.
Your role will be to be the key contributor in the development of the company's online service strategy and to be responsible for the online service capability development and build a business model to support ongoing development of new functionality.
Applicants should have experience of direct channel development, business transactions over the web, an in depth understanding of customer service within a large organisation and good project/team management skills.
Experience within telecoms would be an advantage, as would a degree in a related subject.
