Our client is an International consulting and technology company. Established in 1978, they work closely with clients and partners in Space, Defence and Government.
Duties
Driving our on-line communication to the next level (management of the corporate website, building the corporate intranet, exploring the potential for extranet and micro-site applications)
Improving the effectiveness of off-line communication (developing internal and external publications, revising sales and marketing literature)
Creating an effective Group-wide thought leadership programme
Working with sector managers to create integrated marcomms campaigns
Managing external agencies for communications deliverables
Evaluating communication requirements and creating executable plans
Qualifications / Experience
Ideally, Bachelor or Masters Degree in Marketing, Communication or Journalism. 3-5 years experience in communications in an international B2B Professional Services environment. Proven ability to operate in highly technical environments. Experience of both technical solutions and consulting services.
Skills Required - Essential:
Strong marketing and communications practice acumen
The ability to apply integrated communication concepts
Highly web-savvy, affinity with digital communication (not coding)
Ability to manage under tight deadlines and high pressure environment
Ability to develop creative, workable solutions to project-related issues
Ability to network with stakeholders in and around VEGA to develop a continuous flow of news and information
Excellent business and creative writing skills in English.
Skills Required - Desirable
Command over the German and/or French language.
