FIELDWORK MANAGER
c £25000 Manchester

At this exciting stage of their development the company are looking to recruit to a number of positions across their offices.
The position of Fieldwork Manager is a clearly defined role that will involve the management of Vision 21’s Interviewers and Data Inputters to successfully deliver research projects in a timely and cost effective manner. You will take the lead in managing and developing the Fieldwork Team, ensuring that robust systems and processes are in place to ensure that high standards of project delivery are consistently attained.
Successful candidates will demonstrate experience of managing teams in a call centre environment or of supervising telephone, door to door, or in the street research campaigns. An exceptional communicator you will combine a strong work ethic with the ability to play a key role in the continuing development of this exciting, fast growing organisation.
