Have you ever thought about applying your Geo-analysis skills to the hi-paced world of media and advertising? Due to internal promotion, our award-winning and highly respected agency client is eagerly looking for a Senior Geo-Analyst who will be required to provide essential insight into the location aspects of marketing and media planning. Could you use your geo-analytical skills to add competitive advantage to our client? If so, call us today for more details. To be amongst your peers you will need excellent academics – at least a BSc in Geography or Statistics – ideally a Masters in Geographical Information Science, together with 2+ years commercial experience in a Geo-analytical environment. The role will use your sound knowledge of Geographical / Database analysis (e.g. gravity modelling, propensity modelling, Geo-demographics and / or Geo-statistics and how these are applied to location issues). Any knowledge of relevant GIS and statistical tools such as ArcInfo, MapInfo, GeoMedia, CACI Insight, SegMentz, Mosaic, SAS, SPSS, S-Plus, etc. will be put to good use. This is not a backroom role and offers all the opportunity for a good communicator to step forward and liaise with clients on a regular basis in order to establish their needs.
