Leading City based Hedge Fund seek Graduate with one year's experience within Financial Services (if within a Hedge Fund environment then even better) to be an assistant to the Director of Marketing. Candidates must posess a strong academic background with excellent English (both written and spoken) being essential. Also essential is understanding of excel. Role includes administrative work: Data gathering, report writing, spreadsheet creation and maintenance and generally helping the Director of Marketing. It's a good opportunity for someone to get a foot in the door of a successful hedgefund and the world of marketing. They should also be confident and outgoing with a demonstrable interest in sales/marketing. Internships within Financial Services Companies and demonstrable strong IT skills (beyond the usual Microsoft packages) advantageous for this role.
