Account Director : Direct Marketing Agency
Basic Salary c £36K plus car
Cheltenham
Our client, a leading Direct Marketing Agency based in Cheltenham is looking to recruit an experienced Account Director.
Brief Job Description
? Build and maintain effective relationships with your key clients.
? Ensure all internal briefs meet client brief and signed off accordingly.
? Take ownership of client finances : forecasting, profitability, and business development opportunities.
? Lead and motivate your team. Take responsibility for their performance, and their successful development - set objectives and training needs and review these regularly.
? Provide monthly reports to senior management.
? Support Senior Management.
Desirable Skills and Experience
? An enthusiastic, positive, passionate, proactive to your work.
? Agency background essential, with experience at Account Director level in below the line agency.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and negotiation skills.
? Strategic and creative flair.
? Excellent team player and team manager: the ability to lead, coach and motivate your direct team is essential.
? Project management and organisational skills, ability to prioritise own and team?s time.
? Financial budgeting and forecasting.
