Marketing Co-ordinator required by our client based close to Colchester and Ipswich. You will work in the Marketing Team helping to deliver projects on-time and to specification to ensure the success of our client's horizontal direct mail campaigns. Your duties will include liaising and negotiating with printers & fulfilment houses on timing, pricing, and target data ; putting copy into design formats for case studies, whitepapers, and other collateral as required ; co-ordinating the marketing effort for trade shows/exhibitions and managing marketing projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for Newswire/Newsletter activity across all outlets, covering negotiation, planning & execution of newswires and the generation of the white papers needed to run them, monitoring results and expenditure. You will provide input to our client's campaign activity, providing proactive support in updating and maintaining the company's marketing collateral ; also managing their third party web site presences, maintaining what exists, recommending changes if necessary. The successful applicant will be an up-beat, creative, self-starter who thrives on the challenge of achieving results, having a track record in working with print and mail fulfilment houses to ensure that jobs go out on time and be experienced in the specification and production of printed collateral (brochures, case studies, etc).This role is to provide Maternity Cover, but is to be reviewed after 7 months.
